Our GM at here at Eastern Oregon University, Ron Wheeler recently was able to host Resident Life for their V Log; "Mountaineer Life". The series explores what life is life for EOU Students. Here, Ron teaches them how to make Chicken Cordon Bleu with a Cream Sauce, Baked Potatoes and Spinach. The best part is this was also on the menu for Dinner so they got to see the reactions of other students who tried their food. They also got a look behind the scenes of what goes on to prep those meals. Ron and his team at EOU are are eager to serve you and for you to know that we take great pride in serving fresh, delicious meals.
